Working Procedure
- Price is shown for labour charge only.
- General servicing includes issues identification and diagnosis only.
- For any repair work, a quote will be given before proceeding.
Service Inclusion
- 50 rupees will be charged a convenience fee for material procurement (Timer will be paused during this period).
- Customer is requested not to waste our service providers time for any unnecessary reason, if you do so it will cost you 100 Rs per hour
- TAS will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks (reported by the technician), not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
Service Exclusion
- TAS Home Service provides 15 days warranty on the service provided, but not on the spare parts.
Service Warranty
- We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
- We do not provide any warranty on appliances that are older than 4 years at the time of service. Also, TAS Home Service handyman might deny the service if the appliance is in old or un-repairable condition.
- If any parts that require replacement will be charged extra.
- Branded spare parts will charge at MRP.
