Service Warranty
- Cleaning materials such as cloths and cleaning sprays are provided by the Company. If the Client wants their own solutions or cloths used they must be safe to use and for general cleaning purposes only
- TAS Home Service may require the presence of the customer or his/hers representative in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections, should be made on the same day.
- Only that work will be performed which is quoted on the inspection form, If the Customer requires any additional services other than work being performed, the Customer must have to contact us by telephone, then after only our expert will perform the work and it will cost you extra.
- Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment 'TAS Home Service, does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains.
