- Our expert handyman come to customers home and inspect the situation after analyzing the situation they will quote the price and if customer get agreed with the price work will get started by the Technician. (Note:- Quotation price always will be standard).
Working Procedure
- Price is shown for labour charge only.
- General servicing includes issues identification and diagnosis only.
- For any repair work, a quote will be given before proceeding.
Service Inclusion
- 100 rupees will be charged a convenience fee for material procurement (Timer will be paused during this period).
- Customer is requested not to waste our service providers time for any unnecessary reason, if you do so it will cost you 200 Rs per hour
- TAS will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks (reported by the technician), not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.
Service Exclusion
- TAS Home Service provides 30 days warranty on the service provided, but not on the spare parts.
Service Warranty
- We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
- We do not provide any warranty on appliances that are older than 4 years at the time of service. Also, TAS Home Service handyman might deny the service if the appliance is in old or un-repairable condition.
- If any parts that require replacement will be charged extra.
- Branded spare parts will charge at MRP.
